LifeLab Kids Foundation is now a Certified Autism Center™(CAC). The CAC designation is awarded by the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES) to organizations that complete training and certification through IBCCES to help staff better communicate and provide assistance to autistic individuals and those with sensory sensitivities.
“The lack of accredited autism centers is outstanding. The waitlists for families seeking a diagnosis can range anywhere between 6 months to 2 years – that is precious time where children could be receiving services. This certification program enables us to truly meet the needs of our community right now.” said Jai Reddy, the founder of LifeLab Kids.
LifeLab Kids serves youth ranging from two years old up through and into adulthood. Their service offerings include art therapy, assessments, behavioral therapy, counseling, feeding therapy, fitness, groups, life skills, music therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, technology and virtual reality. Their programs are intended to help individuals focus on their strengths, create lifelong independence, and offer a safe and engaging community for all.

IBCCES also created CertifiedAutismCenter.com, as a free online resource for parents that lists certified locations and professionals. Each organization listed on the site has met Certified Autism Center™ (CAC) requirements.
