Integration Station Pediatric Therapy Services

Integration Station (IS) specializes in the delivery of occupational therapy for children experiencing a variety of challenges which impact their daily routines. Many of the children experience sensory processing difficulties, delays in motor development, neurological and genetic disorders which impact their journeys throughout life. Our goal is to improve functional performance and participation during play, learning, and necessary activities of daily living. We are dedicated to improving the lives of children and their families while building self-confidence and independence using play-based therapeutic activities. Through collaboration with caregivers, we ensure progress and maximize the child’s potential. IS makes every effort to provide the highest level of care to meet each family’s unique needs and circumstances. Throughout the years, IS therapists have acquired various specializations in a variety of areas including sensory integration, feeding, reflex integration, handwriting, and social-emotional development. Most recently, all IS staff have participated in and achieved Certification as Autism Specialists. We are excited to be the first Autism Certified Center in the Charlotte, NC area, and look forward to providing more opportunities for families to receive top-notch care for their child. At IS we take pride in delivering excellent care to children and are thrilled to continue doing so while walking in partnership with each of our families as they play…learn…grow.
